Lydia Rice scored a game-high 12 points, with seven coming in the game-shifting second half, to help lead the Ramblers’ (5-3) rally past the Cougars (6-5) in Dixfield.
Dirigo led 17-15 at half before the Winthrop defense held the Cougars to two points each in the third and fourth quarters. Morgan Fichthorn scored six of her nine points in the fourth quarter.
Alyvia Perreault paced Dirigo with six points on a pair of 3-pointers in the first half. Grace Robbins scored all of her five points in the first half, as well.
