Andrew Cheever had five hits, drove in three runs, scored three times and pitched the final inning to lead the Clippers (7-2) to a win over the Rangers (6-5) at Cumberland.
David Swift added three hits and Jonny Cody had two RBI for the Clippers, who scored four times in the first inning, added five runs in the second and won their sixth straight game.
Liam Hickey allowed two unearned runs in six innings and earned his third win of the year.
The Rangers committed five errors.
