Collin Michaud recorded three goals and three assists to help the Blue Devils (3-5) pull away for a win over the Raiders (0-7) in Wales.
Lewiston trailed 3-2 at the half, but scored four in the third quarter and five in the fourth.
Ben Gradwell added three goals and two assists for the Blue Devils. Myles Walker chipped in two goals and an assist, Tegan Dugal had two goals, and Cam Plourde scored once.
Will Hinkley scored three goals for Oak Hill, while PJ Smith, Gabe Godbout, Gavin Tardif and Colton Poulin each had one.
