Elle Clark netted five goals, and the Navigators (3-0) dominated the second half as they pulled away from the Hawks (1-1) in South Berwick.
Izzie Camp, Sierra Zamer, Emilia Diaz-Pedrosa and Jane McPheeters all scored twice for Falmouth, which led 6-3 at halftime.
Marshwood got four goals from Maddy Poitras.
