Keeley Furtney scored three goals, Ella Tracy, Sophie Simard and Karleigh Costello each added two, and the Falcons (2-4) handled the Wildcats (0-3) in Freeport.
Isla Pattershall and Claire Carter also scored for Freeport, while Maddie Kryzak made four saves.
Lucy Taylor led York with three goals, followed by Ella Neiverth with two and Evie Martin with one. Piper Schambach stopped eight shots.
