Tatum French scored seven of her game-high 19 points in the fourth quarter as the Seahawks overcame the Raiders to win in Wales.
Maddie Orchard added eight points for Boothbay (4-13), which trailed 24-21 heading into the final period.
Mackenzie Wardwell led Oak Hill (3-15) with nine points, while Kendall Theriault hit two 3-pointers and had eight points.
