Mari Ambila scored 12 of her 16 points in the second half to help the Falcons (6-6) overtake the Wildcats (7-6) in Freeport.
York led 19-16 at halftime, but Freeport surged ahead with a 14-2 advantage in the third quarter.
Abby Giroux added 13 points for the Falcons.
Piper Catanese led York with 10 points.
