WELLS 9, CAPE ELIZABETH 8: Abby Hanson two hits and drove in four runs, including a walk-off sacrifice fly in the eighth inning to lift the top-ranked Warriors (12-5) over the ninth-seeded Capers (9-9) in a Class B South quarterfinal at Wells.
Karissa Kenyon collected three hits and two RBI for Wells, which led 8-1 through four innings.
Cape Elizabeth scored seven unanswered runs, including four in the top of the seventh to make it 8-8.
