Nick Klein ran for three touchdowns and Zac Oja had two rushing TDs as the Scots (4-2) handled the Blue Devils (1-5) in Standish.
Oja gained 113 yards on only eight carries. Terrell Edwards completed 8 of 11 passes for 141 yards, including a 54-yard completion to Aidan Walcott for the opening score.
Trevor Perkins added another scoring run and Brandt Abbott kicked six extra points for the Scots.
Jeffrey Randall scored from the 3-yard line and added a conversion rush in the fourth quarter for Lewiston.
