Emma Towers had three hits and an RBI and Jadyn Pingree doubled twice and drove three runs, leading the Phoenix (5-10) to victory over the Rebels (5-10) in Bethel.
Spruce Mountain took command, scoring four runs in the second inning and three more at the top of the seventh. The Phoenix had 13 hits for the day.
Mallry Clark got the win on the mound after going three and 1/3 innings before being relieved by Pingree. Maylyn Hastings took the loss for Testar. Makenzie Eliot had two hits for the Rebels.
