Alex Horton singled home pinch runner Gabe Babineau in the bottom of the ninth inning as the Red Riots (6-5) edged the Scots (3-8) at South Portland.
South Portland took the lead in the fourth on Easton Healy’s RBI triple. Bonny Eagle tied it in the sixth with Ryan Berry lofted a sacrifice Fly.
Ben Morin picked up the win in relief of Hudson Iacuessa, who struck out 10 and allowed only four hits through eight innings
