Mazie Peach scored 12 points to lift the top-seeded Tigers (20-1) over the third-seeded Howlers (18-3) in the Class C North final in Bangor.
It’s the second straight regional title for Dexter, which will face Hall-Dale in the state final next at the Augusta Civic Center.
Rylee Moulton and Mia Neal paced Penobscot Valley with eight points each.
