Katelyn D’Appolonia scored a career-high 10 goals to help top-ranked Yarmouth pull away to defeat No. 5 Cheverus, 20-10, in a Class A North semifinal.

The Clippers (11-3) will host No. 2 Falmouth (11-3) in the regional final Wednesday.

D’Appolonia scored the game’s first two goals and had four in the first half to help Yarmouth open an 8-4 lead.

Riley O’Mara (three goals and two assists) started the second half with a goal for Cheverus (9-5), but the Clippers went on a 7-1 run to put it away.

Aine Powers added five goals for Yarmouth, while Lauren Keaney and Neena Panozzo each added two.

Cheverus got two goals apiece from Lucy Johnson and Reese Belanger.
