The Spartans (2-1) gave up four runs in the top of the seventh, then rallied for four runs in the bottom half to beat the Tigers (3-1) in Sanford.
Tanner McCann was 3 for 3 with a double and an RBI, and Beckett Barlow, Scott Long and Scott Robitaille each added two hits for Sanford, which was helped by four Biddeford errors.
Travis Edgerton went 3 for 4 with three RBI for Biddeford. Jake Samoilov drove in two runs, and Kaden Langevin and Gino Mariello each had two hits.
