Nathan Corey scored 13 of his game-high 25 points in the first quarter as the Bereans (3-3) jumped out to a big lead at home against the Bucks (2-4) in Waterville.
Peyton Reckards added 16 points for Temple, which led 21-5 after one quarter. Reckards scored 14 of his points from inside the arc, plus two free throws, while Corey’s five 3-pointers made up the majority of his scoring.
Krosby Harvey paced Buckfield with 16 points and Gaven Parsons pitched in with 13.
