Natalie Santiago scored 15 points, Maya Gayle added 12 points and 11 rebounds, and the Rams (1-2) held off the Navigators (0-3) in Falmouth.
Shay Rosenthal scored eight points for the Rams, who opened a 28-18 lead by outscoring Falmouth 9-0 in the third quarter.
Emily Abbott led the Navigators with 12 points on four 3-pointers. Maddy Christman followed with eight points.
