Camden Sevigney drained his only 3-pointer at the end of the first half to give the Warriors (3-5) a 17-16 halftime edge and that momentum carried over to a 12-5 third quarter run as they upended the Falcons (5-3) at Wells.
Devin Brown had five of his 10 points in the third quarter for Wells, while Michael Lewinski added eight points.
Blaine Cockburn led the way for Freeport with 19 points, 11 coming in the fourth quarter.
