A huge sixth inning by the Bulldogs (1-0) secured the victory over the Rebels (1-1) in Bethel.

Hall-Dale scored first in the top-half of the first inning, followed by a run in the third and two in the fourth. Ben Nathan drove in three runs, while Kai Lucas notched two hits and scored three times.

Keagan Bellerose pitched a complete game shut out with seven strikeouts for the Bulldogs.

Telstar had five batters notch a hit including pitcher Brody Walker. On the mound, Walker went 5 1/3 innings, giving up nine runs but only one earned. He also struck out nine batters.
