Nola Boutaugh hit a triple and a double to pace the Hornets (4-1) past the Patriots (0-6) in four innings in Gray.
Hailey Turcotte had three hits, including a double for Leavitt, which trailed 3-1 after one inning but plated seven runs in the second, six in the third and five in the fourth. Sam Deblois also had three hits, and Maddy Dutil, Jordyn Boulay, Gabby Smith, Hailey Cyr and Emily Poland each matched Boutaugh with two. Cyr collected seven strikeouts in three innings pitched.
Maisie Lerette had the lone hit for Gray-New Gloucester.
