The Hornets (9-5) pulled away in the fourth quarter for a victory over the Cougars (6-7) in Farmington.
Ian Redstone led Leavitt with 18 points, including four 3-pointers. Sawyer Hathaway tacked on 10 points, as did Brett Coburn.
Evans Sterling scored 13 points to lead Mt. Blue, which was outscored 23-14 in the fourth quarter.
