Brooke Bennett scored twice and had a two-run single in a four-run fifth inning that helped the Falcons’ (7-8) overtake the Roadrunners (4-9) in Rumford.
Emma Clukey and Madisyn McLean each had a double for Mountain Valley. Autumn Freeman belted an RBI double, and Ali Mazza collected two hits with an RBI. Ali Legere got the win in the circle.
For Mt. Abram, Abigail Wilcox, Olivia Roderick and Isabell Norster each hammered out two hits. Pitcher Adrianna Stinchfield struck out 12 batters.
