The Phoenix (6-1) clamped down on defense in the middle quarters to beat the Raiders (1-6) in Jay.
Eli Desmond scored eight of his team-high 10 points in the first quarter for Oak Hill, which led 15-13 after the first eight minutes. Spruce Mountain then held the Raiders to six and five points, respectively, in the second and third quarters, to take a 47-26 lead.
Jace Bessey scored a game-high 14 points and Ian York added 11 points for the Phoenix.
