The Red Eddies (2-1) scored five runs in the bottom of the sixth to rally past the Vikings (2-1) in Auburn.
Naomi Valcin tripled and scored on a passed ball to lead off the fateful frame. Kassidy Lobb doubled home two runs, Mackenzie Grenier doubled in another, then stole third and scored the final run on Tiana Avila’s single. Lobb earned the pitching win, striking out six in seven innings.
Kyeria Morse struck out nine batters for Oxford Hills, and also collected two hits at the plate. Gigi DeVivo, Tristen Derenburger and Cameron Mayhan also had two hits for the Vikings, who held leads of 3-0 and 5-2.
