Kennedy Kimball allowed one hit and struck out eight in 3 1/3 innings to help the Eagles (9-0) beat the Bulldogs (5-3) in four innings in Portland.
Addie Caiazzo was 2 for 3, scored three times and drove in two for Windham. Lacie Higgins and Dakota Smith each added two RBI.
Sadie Armstrong had the lone hit for Portland.
