Jaiden Homa scored 16 of his 21 points in the second half as the Rams (2-0) pulled away from the Tigers (0-2) in Biddeford.
Chris Thompson contributed 16 points and Dylan Myhal had 12 for Kennebunk, which led 31-28 at halftime.
Biddeford got 14 points from Julius Searles and 11 from Avery McCann.
