Tyrie James led a balanced offense with 16 points, and the Eagles (5-1) pulled away from the visiting Stags (1-5) in the second half.
Colin Janvrin contributed 11 points, 12 rebounds and six blocked shots, and AJ Moody and Boston Krainis each added 10 points. Moody also grabbed 10 rebounds.
Windham led 30-25 at halftime, then outscored the Stags 19-9 in the third quarter, aided by two 3-pointers from Sean LeBel.
Khaelon Watkins scored 15 points and John Sprague had 10 for Cheverus.
