Trent Holst scored six of his 12 points in the third overtime to lift the Hornets (5-3) past the Knights (5-3) in Turner.
Colin Schlobohm recorded 27 points, 10 rebounds and six assists for Leavitt. Jacob Gibbs added 17 points, eight rebounds and seven assists, and Holst grabbed eight rebounds.
Damon Martin led Poland with 24 points. Jacob Jamo added 22, Nicholas Jamo had 13 and Alex Mains 12.
