The Hornets (6-3) held the Cougars (5-3) to two points in the first quarter on their way to a win in Turner.
Colin Schlobohm had a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds for Leavitt. Jacob Gibbs also scored 14 and added seven rebounds and six assists. Brody Poland contributed 11 points for the Hornets, who led 14-2 after one quarter.
Oliver Cormier scored a game-high 17 points for Mt. Blue.
