Reece MacDonald scored 19 of his 27 points in the second half to help the Wildcats (10-0) pull away from the Patriots (3-7) in Gray.
Henry Mirick added 12 points, Callan Forbes followed with nine and Ronin Avery ended with eight for the Wildcats, who outscored the Patriots 42-16 in the second half.
Carter Corson led the Patriots with 11 points. Kaleb D’Andrea had nine.
