The Falcons (3-5) went on a 42-25 run in the second and third quarters and knocked off the Rebels (2-8) in Bethel.
Dylan Theriault led the way for Mountain Valley with 18 points. Logan Crews added 10 points and Blake Small contributed nine.
Cooper Morgan paced Telstar with 19 points, while Jonathan Marshall had 15 and Connor Deprey dropped in 10 points.
