Joe Iaccarino made three 3-pointers in the second quarter as the Stags (10-7) went on a 34-3 run to pull away from the Tigers (3-14) in Portland.
Khaelon Watkins added 14 points, Brady Blash had 13 and AJ Lauture scored 10 for Cheverus, which turned an 11-10 lead after one quarter into a 45-13 halftime advantage.
Jackson Whitaker scored 10 points for Biddeford.
