Mason Nguyen hit a free throw late in overtime to lift the Panthers (14-3) over the Hornets (11-6) in Waldoboro.
Nguyen finished with 15 points and Kollin Donlin scored 20 for Medomak Valley.
Leavitt’s Trent Holst hit a bucket late in the fourth quarter to force overtime. Colin Schlobohm led the Hornets with 17 points, Jacob Gibbs added 13 and Holst had 10.
