The Wildcats (6-4) used a 20-0 run in the second quarter to take control against the Patriots (9-1) in York.
Piper Catanese scored 24 points, and Nya Avery added 18 points and 12 rebounds for York, which benefited from a huge advantage a the free-throw line. The Wildcats were 20 for 29, while Gray-New Gloucester was 4 for 6.
Bryn Gilmore led the Patriots with 15 points.
