Destiny Peter scored 21 points and grabbed 17 rebounds, and the Red Riots (7-1) overcame a slow start to beat the Bulldogs (2-6) in South Portland.
Portland led 14-8 after one quarter, but South Portland surged ahead with a 25-6 advantage in the second quarter.
