The Patriots jumped out to a 24-10 lead after one quarter and rolled to a victory over the Blue Devils in Lewiston.
Freshman Bryn Gilmore paced Gray-New Gloucester with 19 points, while Abbey Steele added 14 and Ella Kenny 12 points.
Emma Madore was Lewiston’s top scorer with 13 points.
