Kylie Lamson scored 23 points, and Anna Goodman got 11 of her 13 points in the first quarter as the visiting Stags (15-0) took control from the outset against the Bulldogs (3-12) at the Portland Expo.

Cheverus, the unanimous No. 1 team in the Varsity Maine poll, led 25-7 after one quarter and 37-11 at halftime.

Lawino Bendasta led Portland with eight points.
