Natasha McDonald scored 21 points to help the top-seeded Phoenix (18-1) beat the eighth-seeded Mustangs (9-10) in a Class C South quarterfinal in Augusta.
Lilly Bellerose, a sophomore, added 16 points for Spruce Mountain, which advances to face No. 5 Winthrop in the semifinals on Thursday.
Madison Bennett scored eight points for Mount View.
