Kaitlyn Frost dropped in 15 points to go with three steals, and the fourth-seeded Mustangs (11-8) never trailed the fifth-seeded Seagulls (12-7) in a Class D South quarterfinal.
Monmouth opened the game on a 12-0 run. Old Orchard Beach pulled to within one point, but the Mustangs broke it open again with a 24-4 run that carried into the second half.
Peyton McDonald scored 11 points for the Mustangs. Maeve Burgess added nine points and six rebounds.
Reagan Partridge led the Seagulls with 19 points and nine rebounds.
