Chloee Bennett scored 18 points and Alyssa Breton added 17 as the second-seeded Bucks rolled past the seventh-seeded Seahawks (5-14) and into the Class D South semifinals.
Buckfield (16-3) will play No. 6 Madison at 10 a.m. Thursday.
Boothbay went up 6-2 in the first two minutes, but the Bucks closed the quarter on a 17-4 run.
Tatum French led Boothbay with 18 points, including all 12 in the final quarter.
Sarae Devoe scored 13 points for Buckfield.
