The second-seeded Tigers (16-4) took control in the second and third quarters to defeat the third-seeded Vikings (15-5) in a Class S South semifinal.
Forest Hills trailed 9-1 after the first quarter before going on a 10-5 run in the second. Jenessa Moffit scored eight points in the third quarter and the Tigers took a 25-20 lead into the fourth.
Moffit and Kelsey Rancourt each recorded 18 points in the game.
Aubriana Hausinger scored 11 points for Vinalhaven.
