Bryson Jack struck out 11 and pitched a complete game as the Falcons (1-1) beat the Clippers (0-2) in Freeport.
Jack allowed only two hits and walked a pair of batters. He also contributed to Freeport’s offense with a double, a run and an RBI. Liam Emmons led the Falcons two hits, including a double, drove in a run and scored one.
Jack Flanagan and Nick Mantle had Yarmouth’s hits. Starting pitcher Iggy McGrath fanned six batters and allowed five hits in 5 1/3 inning.
