Sam Therrien scattered six hits over six-plus innings with nine strikeouts and no walks to lead Marshwood (1-5) over Deering (0-7) at Hadlock Field in Portland.
Brady Isabelle relieved with one on and no outs in the seventh, then struck out the side for the save.
Gavin Villaneau and Ryder Webber had two hits and two RBI each for Marshwood. Isabelle added two hits.
Finn Ridge had two hits for the Rams.
