Brayden Duane had three hits with two RBI, Carter Moody had two hits with two RBI and three runs scored and the Trojans (5-2) defeated the Red Storm (5-3) in Saco.
Noah Fullerton also had two hits for Thornton. Tyler Do earned the win after relieving starter Cameron Kirby with two outs in the first. Do struck out eight, walked none and allowed just one earned run in 6 1/3 innings.
Finn Coburn and Kayson Cyr each scored twice for Scarborough.
