CAPE ELIZABETH 6, POLAND 3, 9 INNINGS
The Capers (9-4) pushed across three runs in the top of the ninth inning to defeat the Knights (7-7) in Poland.
Cooper Justh had two RBI for Cape, while Finn Connolly, Josh Trachimowicz and Joe Rinaldi all notched two hits and a run scored. Justin Strunk pitched the final four innings to earn the win, allowing one run on six hits.
Cade Johnson, Elliot Rioux and Colby Dolley led Poland with two hits each. Aiden Bean pitched a complete game and yielded three earned runs.
