YARMOUTH 8, CAPE ELIZABETH 7, 8 INNINGS
Jack Flanagan singled in the bottom of the eighth inning to drive in Iggy McGrath and give the Clippers (8-4) a win over the Capers (8-4) in Yarmouth.
Cape Elizabeth scored on an error in the top of the seventh inning to force extras.
McGrath had two hits, including a double. Jack Estabrook, Teague Halsted and Chase Garofoli also had two hits.
Cael Woelflein pitched 1 12/3 scoreless innings to earn the win.
Cape’s Caiden Johnson notched a triple and a single, and Max Hayward had a double and a single.
