The Stags (10-1) won their sixth game by holding off the Tigers (3-7) in Biddeford.

Biddeford scored three runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to cut Cheverus’ lead to one run, but Stags reliever Colton Jewett entered the game and got the final two outs via strikeout to end the game and earn a save.

Will Baker drove in two runs for Cheverus, which fell behind 2-0 before scoring three in the third inning, two in the fourth and one in the sixth.
