Caldre Glowa was 3 for 4 with a double and three runs scored, and the Black Bears (12-1) extended their winning streak to 11 games by defeating the Phoenix (2-8) in Livermore Falls.
Grant Walters scored for times and Madox Murtha had two RBI and two runs scored as Maranacook won for the fourth day in a row. The Black Bears broke the game open with a six-run fifth inning and added three runs in the sixth to put the mercy rule into effect.
Carter Nelson, the winning pitcher, struck out seven and gave up only one earned run through five innings.
Brody Veilleux and Trent Lovewell each hit a double for Spruce Mountain.
