Caldre Glowa drove in three runs with a pair of doubles, and the Black Bears (12-1) beat the Falcons (5-6) in a five-inning game in Readfield.
Grady Hreben struck out nine and took a no-hitter into the fifth inning before giving up a one-out single by Brayden Hughes. The Falcons scored five runs in the fifth despite getting only one hit but couldn’t prevent the mercy rule from going into effect.
Hreben and Grant Walters both scored three runs.
