Caldre Glowa and Alex Spaulding combined on a three-hitter with 14 strikeouts as the Black Bears (14-1) defeated the Roadrunners (7-8) in Readfield for their 13th straight victory.
Grady Hreben belted a three-run homer during a five-run second inning that gave Maranacook a 7-2 lead. He finished with four hits, and Jack Spellman added three hits.
Both Glowa and Spaulding recorded seven strikeouts. Spaulding relieved in the fourth inning.
Eben Laliberte had two hits and an RBI for Mt. Abram.
