Colton Jendrick, Cameron Pulkkinen and Finley Cavers each drove in two runs as the Vikings (4-0) continued their torrid start to the season with a five-inning victory over the Cougars (2-2) in Paris.
Jendrick doubled and scored four runs, while Pulkkinen and Cavers finished with two hits apiece. Ryder Kennison also had a double for Oxford Hills.
Mt. Blue’s Oliver Cormier led off the game with a home run. That was the only hit and run allowed by Vikings pitchers Tucker Hilden (five strikeouts in 3 1/3 innings), Niko Powers and Logan Norris.
